A cross between a giant marble run and a magical clockwork toy, the Curiosity Christmas Tree is a wandering (or static) kinetic sculpture, handcrafted from twisted metal, tinkling bells and twinkling lights.
From inside the tree, the caretaker invites curious onlookers to wind the handle and watch the baubles roll on their mesmerising journey.
Curiosity Christmas Tree works either as an interactive walkabout roaming freely around the venue, or as a static installation where the public come and engage with the tree and the performer.
