Giddy Kipper

Giddy Kipper Arts is the creative collaboration of Tom Steer and Bella Murray-Nag. Having initially met aged nine at school, they trained at East 15 Acting School and Glasgow School of Art respectively.

Having lost touch with each other but not with their love to play, a chance meeting four years ago set them on the road to creating what their 9 year old selves had begun to imagine… and to Bradford.

Together they’ve concocted Musical Statues.

Musical statues combine the cold magnificent exterior of living statues with the warm spirit of music and variety, all packaged in unexpected surprise. With a toothy smile a wink and a tune, they come cheekily to life before your eyes in an encounter that always generates laughter.

'Giddy Kippers were fantastic to work with at the Lark in the Park event. The 'Musical Statues' performances at our summer community fun day were impressive, fun, engaging and creative and thoroughly loved and enjoyed by the crowds of all ages that came to our event. Tom and Bella were so helpful and easy to work with, we would highly recommend them for other events.’
‘Fantastic event & fantastic what you did - thank you for your generous, creative and kind hearts. You really added to our day.’
