Each and every act has been seen by at least one of us before we agree to represent them, to ensure that our reputation for efficient provision of high-quality performance is maintained.

Programming
We can create an exciting bespoke programme that will work for your event and within your budget. Our in-depth knowledge of all the acts we work with means that we can advise you on suitability for your audience and venue. We can also provide an onsite co-ordinator for event day to act as artist liaison.

Service
Our aim is to ensure that you get the best possible service in order to save you time and help things to run as smoothly as possible. We hold diaries for most of our acts and can have information on prices and availability back to you within a couple of hours. We will deal with contracts, maps, technical requirements, invoicing, insurance and all necessary paperwork. Our extensive database holds names and mobile phone numbers for all performers, and plenty of other information such as vehicle makes and registration details.

Publicity
Print deadlines often seem to arrive out of the blue and designers always seem to want images and copy yesterday. For this reason we keep a bank of pictures ready to email. Our web site also has a dedicated publicity section containing high-grade images that can be downloaded to use in your pre-event publicity such as posters and flyers.

Reliability
We won’t let you down! We want to keep your stress levels on event day down to a minimum, so we ensure that all our performers are fully briefed about what to expect. We check beforehand that they have the right maps, schedules and contact details to enable them to get to the venue, and get there in good time. We insist that they have full public liability insurance and can provide you with copies of their certificates on request. And we will always, always return your calls.
