A walk-about / ride-about featuring two Lycra-clad cyclists on a mission to recycle… Perfect for bicycle events, green events, or any occasion when you want a touch of carbon neutral eco-madness.

The riders, on their “souped-up” shoppers bikes, cycle around the event looking part Tour de France, part Tour de Farce. Their ‘on-board sound system’ plays bicycle related tunes and the bikes are covered in green slogans and festooned with a variety of panniers and recycled items.
The riders strive to interact with the public on green issues, no matter how large or small. They suggest all sorts of alternative uses for things that people have finished with and try to convey the impact of the individual’s carbon footprint through barely understandable statistics.
The Recyclists also constantly reveal their own flaws, and in so doing highlight some of the actions people may take without thinking, that harm the environment.
The aim of the show is to entertain by presenting characters that can be laughed at for making ridiculous decisions, while also introducing serious topics, which hopefully cause thoughtful reflection afterwards.
