Stilt walkabouts, aerial and fire shows
Incandescence have gained and retained a reputation for continually developing the art of stilt performance to a new level of visual interaction, animation, theatre and grace. The company draws on the strengths of interdisciplinary backgrounds, from pure circus to trained dance and speed skating. They have an enormous number of distinctive and acrobatic stilt performances including:

Black is White is White is Black
Statuesque, sculptural 10ft stilt animators create shapes of intricate beauty where forms merge into one image then subtly shift to make another pose of equal complexity.
Fire shows
Incandescence are also site-specific aerial and fire specialists. They have performed trapeze all over the world – off tall ships, sculptures, lighthouses and over swimming pools. They have their own trilight rig and regularly undertake collaborations and commissions tailored to the event. These can include web spins, corde lisse, trapeze or cloudswing in any combination, integrated with their stilt characters, fire performances and pyrotechnics if required.
Processions
With their exotic dancing Stilt Walkers, giant Sea Queen Puppet and Samba musicians, Incandescence create exuberant Carnival or Water themed parades.
