Fine Artistes more details publicity
Fine Artistes are a company of actors, artists and performers who produce unique comedy performances inspired by the visual arts. They interact on a one-to-one basis with their audiences, engaging in hilarious banter and repartee. As a result, they not only entertain and delight but can also produce one-off paintings that use the event or occasion as their subject matter.

The Studio in the Street
The Fine Artistes set up their art studio in and around a gazebo. It is both a theatrical set and a working studio, with the artists playing the roles of tutors. The audience takes part in a still-life drawing class and their finished work is “hung” around the studio for passers-by to enjoy.
Artists in the Window
Shop or office windows become artists’ studios as up to 3 very different schools of art vie for the attention and approval of onlookers. The subject matter can be inspired by the location, the town’s history, or even the products sold in the shop. Every so often the artists emerge on to the street to engage in artistic arguments with each other and the onlookers.
