We hold diaries for most acts in the web site and can have information on prices and availability back to you within a couple of hours. We will deal with contracts, maps, technical requirements, invoicing, insurance and all necessary paperwork. Our extensive database holds names and mobile phone numbers for all performers, and plenty of other information such as vehicle makes and registration details. We can send you promotional materials by post within 24 hours, - printed leaflets, videos or CD roms - and of course we can email you images immediately.

Print deadlines often seem to arrive out of the blue and designers always seem to want images and copy yesterday. For this reason we keep hard copy photographs always to hand, plus an increasing bank of pictures ready to email.
